Six people per session, one coach watching every rep. You'll never be the only beginner in the room — half of ours hadn't trained since school.
You don't have to know what a programme is. Tap your goal and we'll write the message, book the free session, and start you on the right plan.

Most people don't quit because training is hard. They quit because walking in the first time is. Here's exactly how your first week goes.

Twenty minutes, fully clothed, no weigh-in. What you want, what hurts, what your week actually looks like.

We'll show you round when it's quiet, so the first time you train here isn't the first time you've seen it.

Six people, mixed abilities, everyone doing their own weights. Nobody is looking at your bar. Genuinely.

Three sessions in, you'll know your starting numbers and what week two adds. Written down, not in an app you'll forget.
And if you get here and can't face coming in — ring us from the car park. Somebody will come out and walk in with you. It happens more than you'd think, and it's never once been a problem.
No airbrushed afters. Three members, what they walked in wanting, and where they got to.

All of it runs in our studio, in small groups, with a coach on the floor. No app-only plans, no joining fee, no twelve-month tie-in.
Never touched a barbell. We teach you how to move before we put weight on it.
The full rebuild. Twelve weeks, tracked properly, with a coach in your corner every session.
You know the basics. Now the numbers go up — barbell-led, week after week.
Postnatal Return runs at £45 a week for six weeks, babies welcome on the mat. Couch to 5k is £30 a week for nine weeks and meets outdoors on Saturdays.

I've spent eleven years getting ordinary people strong — builders, nurses, parents, people who hadn't trained since school. Not athletes. Not influencers.
The method isn't clever: you lift, you eat enough, you turn up. My job is making the plan fit your week and the technique not wreck your knees. No fat-burner pills. No 5am ice baths. No shouting.
And if you're nervous about the first session — say so when you ring. It's the most normal thing anyone tells me.

Come in, meet a coach, do a proper session with us. If it's not for you, that's fine — you'll have had a free workout and an honest chat, and we won't chase you.
