A quote is a price, not a slot. Here's what happens after you send one.
We reply
Two or three open days by text, and the price from your quote confirmed (or corrected, with the reason).
It's booked
Reply with the day that suits. Now it's on the calendar, and you get a confirmation text.
Window + weather
A two-hour arrival window, and if rain's coming for an exterior job, a free move.
We pull up
Keys handed over, car seats and valuables out, and you're all set until the walk-around.

Valuables out
Wallets, laptops, garage remotes you'd miss. Anything loose we find goes in a bag on the passenger seat.
Car seats out
Please take child seats out before we start. We clean around the anchors, but refitting a seat is a job for you, not us.
Room for the doors
Park where all the doors open fully and we can walk around. If that's tricky, tell us and we'll work it out.
