Every single walk
What a walk includes.
The same routine every time, so your dog knows what’s coming and you know what happened.
We let ourselves in with your coded key and say hello properly.
Clips and fit checked before we step outside, every time.
A collapsible bowl and a bottle on every walk, and more on hot days.
Picked up and binned. Every time, every dog.
A towel-down at the door, so the mud stays outside.
Fresh water at home before we leave.
Checked twice. The key goes back on its coded tag.
On your phone within minutes of the walk ending.
The after-walk message
The text you’ll look forward to.
Written by the walker who was there, not a template. Here are three from one Tuesday.

Bailey did a full loop of Delco Park, drank lots, one muddy paw. Back home 10:42.Solo walk, 60 min

Pepper ate all her lunch, two wees in the yard and a big zoomies session. Asleep in her crate before I left at 1:15.Puppy visit, 20 min

Ollie and Nell sniffed every leaf pile on the Iron Horse Trail. Water at the halfway bench, both bagged. Home 3:05.Solo walk, 2 dogs, 30 min
The week planner

Pick your dogs, the kind of walk and the days. You’ll see the weekly price straight away, with the pack saving when it applies. Nothing is fixed until the free meet & greet.
Questions
Good to know.
Do you walk in the rain?
Yes. Most dogs don’t mind rain, and we towel them off at the door. In thunderstorms, ice or extreme heat we swap the walk for an indoor visit (play, potty break, a cuddle) at the same price, and we text you first. More on the bad weather page.
Are dogs ever off lead?
Not on streets or in parks. Off-lead time only happens in a fully fenced field, and only with your written OK at the meet & greet. That’s where the name comes from: on open trails we use a long lead, so dogs can sniff and wander while still attached.
What if my dog doesn’t get on with the group?
Then they don’t go in a group. We match groups by size and temperament and start new dogs with a trial walk. Some dogs are happier on solo walks, and that’s fine.
Will it be the same walker every time?
Wherever we can, yes. If your walker is off sick or on holiday, a named backup who has already met your dog takes over, and we tell you in advance.
Can I cancel or change a walk?
Of course. Text or call by 7pm the day before and there’s no charge. Your walker confirms the exact cancellation terms at the meet & greet.
Do you give treats?
Only if you say so, and only the treats you choose. Allergies and diets go in your dog’s notes at the meet & greet.
Ready when they are.
Book the free meet & greet and we’ll plan the walks around your dog, not the other way round.
